Technology
Software and technology services.
Avner Dynamics holds a 100% ownership interest in each of its operating subsidiaries.
Avner Dynamics owns businesses across four sectors.
Software and technology services.
Furniture supply and distribution.
Property ownership and management.
Freight, transport, and distribution.
We hold 100% of each subsidiary. There are no minority partners, no co-investors, and no outside capital with a claim on any business.
Businesses are acquired to keep. We do not run a sale process, and there is no fund life setting a deadline for an exit.
Each company keeps its own management, its own name, and its own decisions on pricing, hiring, product, and service.
We are narrow on purpose. A business is a fit when most of the following hold.
A track record of earning money, not a projection of when it might start.
Revenue spread across enough customers that losing one is a setback rather than an ending.
People who want to keep running the business, not an owner looking for the door.
We can explain how the business makes money in a paragraph. If we cannot, we pass.
Funding for equipment, inventory, facilities, and hiring, allocated on the basis of return rather than internal politics.
Common reporting standards and a shared calendar, so performance is comparable across the group.
Banking, insurance, and professional relationships negotiated once for the group rather than separately by each business.
We do not publish subsidiary detail on this site. The following is provided directly to lenders, banking partners, and counterparties, under a confidentiality agreement where appropriate.
Entity names, states and dates of formation, and ownership percentages for every company in the group.
Parent and consolidated statements, prepared to a consistent standard, for the periods you require.
Certificate of incorporation, good standing, registered agent details, and authorising resolutions.
Banking, insurance, and professional references, plus certificates of insurance held at the subsidiary level.
